The area and beaches of Chia are one of the most famous in Sardinia, rich in natural beauty: the sea with its emerald and turquoise waters, clean and transparent, its beaches with white sand and dunes are recognised as one of the most beautiful in Europe where you can go for relaxing walks enjoying the perfumed fragrance of the Mediterranean with the background of pines and juniper bushes.
Vacations in Chia offer impressive Phoenician and Roman ancient towns and villages, for instance the remains of Punic-Roman civilization at Nora half immersed in the sea and of great interest to visitors.

The 7th century Tower of Chia
A few minutes by car is Pula, a town full of cultural events and entertainment (concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions), local shops, good restaurants and discos, sea sports and horse riding. There are two famous golf clubs just next door of which the most famous is the Golf Club Is Molas of international significance. From the small port of Cala Verde amateurs of sea sports and diving can go for long excursions along the southern sea costs.
